TV TeacherHave you seen one of our newest products, The TV Teacher? This wonderful DVD series was develped by Susan, the mother of a special needs child, along with her son's occupational therapist, Marnie, to teach him how to write the letters of the alphabet. This approach worked so well with her son, that Susan decided to create a DVD series called Alphabet Beats to share with other children.
The programs are fun and engaging learning tools. These DVDs combine singing and repetitive instruction- a recognized technique that many teachers and therapists use to assist with memory. Alphabet Beats is different because it incorporates the visual instruction component. Many teachers claim they've been chanting for years but with Alphabet Beats, it is the combination of the auditory cues and visual instruction that has proved to make a significant difference.
