Easy School Fundraiser ATTENTION SCHOOLS! Call The Teachers' Lounge to sign up for our super-easy, end-of-the-school-year, fundraising program.
In this simple program, schools can sell Summer Bridge Summer Workbooks (PreK-8) and NEW Activity Card Sets (PreK-5) to earn money. Here's how the program works:
1) Call The Teachers' Lounge to sign up for the program.
2) The Teachers' Lounge will email you a customized letter and order form to send home with your students.
3) Copy the form and letter and send them home with your students at any time during the month of April
4) Collect all order forms by the end of April.
5) The Teachers' Lounge will pick up all order forms and process all payments.
6) The Teachers' Lounge will deliver all of the workbooks to your school by mid-May along with a check for your school's profits. The workbooks will be separated by classroom. Your school will earn $3.00 for every book that is purchased through this program and $1.00 for every activity card set that is sold. Plus, every parent will receive a coupon for $3.00 off any purchase at The Teachers' Lounge this summer for each book ordered!

Do you need creative ways to spice up your Grade 3-8 reading curriculum? Check out this reading workshop focused on providing your students with great activities for every type of learner! We'll discuss terrific options for reading extensions, reading skill review, and book reports. We Are Open! We just wanted to let everyone know that The Teachers' Lounge is open today, Wednesday, February 2nd. Feb. 7th: Groundhog Day- Celebrate Groundhog Day with us as we read Animals in Winter by Henrietta Bancroft and Richard G. Van Gelder and Wake Up, Groundhog! by Susanna Leanard Hill. We will make ground hog windsocks for our craft. Will they have a shadow or not?
Feb. 14th: Valentines Day- Join us as we read The Night Before Valentine’s Day by Natasha Wing and One Zillion Valentines by Frank Modell to kick off our Valentine celebration. We will make a watercolor sweet heart wreath to use as a decoration at home and share in a valentine treat.
Feb. 21st: President's Day- Every February we celebrate Presidents. Join us as we read Presidents’ Day by Anne Rockwell and Abraham Lincoln : The Boy Who Loved Books by Kay Winters. We will make our own Lincoln Log Cabin to take home.
