Winter Workshop Schedule
 Registration is now open for Winter Workshops at The Teachers' Lounge! The cost for each workshop is only $25! This cost includes any materials that you may need for make-and-take projects and a certificate of attendance for 1.5 hours of professional development. Each attendee will also receive a $10 voucher to use toward the purchase of any in-stock merchandise the day of the workshop!

Interactive Whiteboard Basics for the Beginner
Wednesday, Feb. 8th (6:00-7:30 PM) --OR-- Saturday, Feb. 11th (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
If you are brand new to the interactive whiteboard, than this is the class for you! In this very basic introductory workshop, we'll discuss various whiteboard tools such as the pen tool, highlighter, shade tool, and more. We'll show you ways to incorporate these tools into your every day classroom teaching. We'll also learn about using PowerPoint software to build presentations for your lesson plans and will give you many tips to make the most out of your interactive whiteboard. (For Grades PreK-8)
(Please note that this class will be taught on an Epson Interactive Projector but the basics of the class will apply to any brand of interactive whiteboard)
Differentiated Reading Instruction
Wednesday, Feb. 15th (6:00-7:30 PM)
REPEAT WORKSHOP--Back by popular demand! Do you need creative ways to spice up your Grade 3-8 reading curriculum? Check out this reading workshop focused on providing your students with great activities for every type of learner! We'll discuss terrific options for reading extensions, reading skill review, and book reports. Each attendee will make sample projects to take back to his or her classroom and will receive a certificate of attendance. (For Grades 3-8)

 The Teachers' Lounge is pleased to announce another great service for our customers-- SPEEDY Warehouse Ordering! Our warehouse is stocked with over 40,000 products including bulletin board sets, office supplies, teacher tools, art supplies, toys, games and more that can be ordered just for you!
Here's how easy it is to place a Warehouse Order:
1) Open up our catalog or check out our on-line store to see all of the products that are available at our warehouse.
2) Visit the store or give us a call to place your order. At this time we aren't doing Warehouse Orders on-line. Payment will be processed at the time of ordering.
3) We place our warehouse orders every Monday AND Wednesday! In-stock Items are usually delivered to The Teachers' Lounge in just 2 days (Wed/Friday)!
4) You'll receive a phone call from us as soon as your items are ready to be picked up.
All warehouse orders ALWAYS receive FREE SHIPPING, and there is NEVER a minimum. Let us help you find exactly what you need for your classroom AND save you some money!
