What's New

Do you know a preschooler or kindergartner in need of a nap mat? We now carry three different types of nap mats at the store. We have the Basic KinderMat which is a red and blue vinyl mat that is 5/8 inch thick. We also carry the blue and teal DayDreamer Mat in both 1 inch and deluxe 2 inch thicknesses. All of our nap mats are durable, waterproof, and fold for easy storage.

Demo Bar Item of the Week

 "There's a game out there that doesn't need batteries- it runs on brain power. It's called Brain Quest, and it proves that being smart can also be fun." -Chicago Tribune

Brain Quest is the smart game where everybody wins. No matter what grade, age, or subject, Brain Quest challenges kids on the stuff they need to know, when they need to know it. In each box you get two decks of cards, held together at the bottom with a grommet. The questions are on one side of the card, and the answers are on the next card, so kids can play it alone or with friends, as a review of the grade just finished or preview of the grade to come. 
Teachers can use it at school when they are looking for a quick filler activity, and parents will love bringing this game with them wherever they go to keep the kids busy.

Thanks for Joining Us For Our Back-to-School Event!

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our "School's Coming... Grab Your Booty" Back-to-School Event. We had tons of fun seeing all of our customers and were so glad that you were able to see the hundreds of new products that have hit our shelves for the upcoming school year. We wanted to give a special note of thanks to our wonderful staff who helped us pull this event together by staying late to decorate and stock the store.

Also, we wanted to announce the winner for our Pirate Treasure drawing. Diane Dressel has won a $250 gift card to use in our on-line store! Congratulations, Diane!

What's New

Kubit2me is one of our newest products that is sure to be a hit in your classroom this year. This cute, colorful, furry cube is covered in trendy denim pockets. Teachers place cards in each of the pockets and toss the cube to the students. A student selects a card from any of the pockets and answers questions on the cards they chose. Once that student is finished the card goes into the completed cards pocket. That student then tosses the cube to the next student.

This game currently comes with cards to review ABC's and 123's, but it could easily be adapted to fit any grade level. Teachers can fill the pockets with math flash cards, social studies flash cards, or teacher-created flash cards. This would be a fun review game before a test or a great tool to use when you need a quick 5-minute activity to fill a gap in your day.

Name an animal that starts with C! How about a fruit that starts with B or a flower that starts with T ? Sounds easy, right? But with the clock ticking, it’s easy to Freeze Up!

Freeze Up, the fast-paced electronic category game, is lots of fun for kids and parents to play together. Each person is given a category and letter and must come up with a word that fits. Players must keep their cool and answer before their time’s up and they’re frozen out! The last player left in the game is the Freeze Up Ch-Ch-Ch-Champion!
