Santa Claus is Coming to ... The Teachers' Lounge

Santa will be here on Saturday November 29th from 11:30AM till 2:00PM. We'll reserve a space for you in line so you can shop and not have to stand in line! We will have some fun Christmas pictures to color and decorate too. We will have your 4x6 color print ready to pick up by Wednesday December 3rd. There is no charge. Just make sure to mark this day on your calendar. We don't want to miss you.

Sale Item of the Week

All Melissa and Doug Floor Puzzles are buy two, get one free! These puzzles make great gifts for preschoolers, so stock up for the holidays. This sale applies to in-stock puzzles only.

What's New

Eggspressions by Educo is a clever story extension set that encourages kids to talk about their feelings. The kit includes a cute story featuring Humpty Dumpty and his cousins along with wooden egg models of each character.

Humpty Dumpty and his cousins are all invited to a special party, but they need to figure out how to get over the castle wall in order to attend the party. By discussing their feelings and working together, they are able to solve their problem.

Kids can read the story and act it out with the egg characters. This is a terrific acitvity to encourage kids to discuss and share their feelings.

Nov. 24: Thanksgiving Story Hour

Demo Bar Item of the Week

Qwirkle, a mensa award winning game, is as simple as matching colors and shapes, but this game also requires tactical maneuvers and well-planned strategy. Earn points by building rows and columns of blocks that share a common shape or color. Look for opportunities to score big by placing a tile that touches multiple pieces with matching attributes. The player with the most points wins!
