Last Day of Sidewalk Sale Monday is the last day of our Sidewalk Sale. All items in the sale are now marked down 50%-75% off. If you haven't been to the sale yet, be sure to stop by today for some great bargains. If you've already been to the sale, we did add a few new items and everything is marked down again, so you may want to come back and take a peek. Help us make room for all of the new inventory that will be arriving this week.
Special Hours This Week Please note that The Teachers' Lounge will be closed on Tuesday, June 30th so that we can stock the store with all of the new back-to-school products. We will re-open on Wednesday, July 1st at 10:00 AM. Stop by on Wednesday to see everything that is new!
The Teachers' Lounge will also be closed on Saturday, July 4th in observance of the holiday. We will re-open on Sunday, July 5th at 12:00 PM.

Great Deals at the Sidewalk Sale!While we are busy getting ready for the big sale this weekend, we don't have our usual email newsletter this week. Instead, just a reminder about the sale. Our newsletters will resume next week.
Reminder: This weekend will be our second annual Super Sidewalk Stock-Up Sale. This is our biggest sale of the year with hundreds of items 25%-50% off. We will be setting up outside our store and offering free lemonade to fight the heat.
In case of bad weather, we will have the sale in the store in Recess, the kids' area.

Demo Bar Item of the Week Check out our brand new Write and Wipe Activity Totes at the Demo Bar this week. Each carry-along tote is a 17 page spiral bound book full of fun activities for 1 or 2 players. Try playing hangman, Code Breakers, Mazes, and more.
These activity totes would be great for car trips and are available in three different themes: Fairy, Princesses, and Mermaids; Dr. Seuss; and Secret Agent.

Summer Bridge Books A new shipment of Summer Bridge Books from Carson Dellosa and Summer Activity Books from Evan Moor just arrived at the store. We are fully stocked on all grade levels.
These books are a great way to keep kids learning over the summer. There are two quick pages for students to complete each day. They cover a variety of subjects and will help your child retain what he or she has learned this past school year. The Summer Bridge books have even won the Dr. Toy Award for Best Vacation Product for Children.
Now In Stock If you shopped in the store last summer, you know we sold out of classroom storage boxes. With teachers changing grade levels and classrooms, this spring we saw a run on these items again.

Join us for a spectacular workshop dedicated to the early childhood classroom. Learn how to make engaging hands-on games to teach basic preschool concepts such as letter recognition, counting, color recognition and more!

June 24th 12:30-2:00 PM- Holidays Through the Early Childhood Year
Do you need fresh ideas for holiday celebrations in your classroom? Join us as we discover ways to celebrate special days in the early childhood class. Get new ideas for art projects, learning centers, class projects and more! Each attendee is asked to bring in an idea of their own to share with the group. Please bring a sample of something that you have done with your class for a holiday.
The cost for all workshops is $25.00. That covers the cost of all needed supplies. Plus, each attendee will receive a $10.00 voucher to use that day in the store.
