In-Store Purchases

We want our customers to be happy with the purchase they made at The Teachers’ Lounge. If you purchase an item in our store that you are unhappy with, it can be returned at any time as long as the item is in re-sellable condition. A receipt will allow us to refund your purchase price. If you don’t have a receipt and are a Lounge Lizard Club member, we will do our best to find a copy of your receipt in your purchase history. If a receipt is not available, we will exchange your item for another item in our store or provide a store credit for the last purchased price of the returned item.

Of course, if the item is defective, please contact our store immediately so that we can make the situation right.

On-Line Purchases

Credit Cards
The Teachers' Lounge™ is 100% PCI Compliant and we NEVER store your credit card information. Our site integrates with Paygistics Web system to tokenize your credit card on their secure system. Using server-side encryption, we store that token issued from Paygistics and can use this information later to issue credits on your card. Tokens expire within months and could never be used by any other party to charge your card.

We ask that our web customers be choosy when selecting products.
Any return of an item /items purchased on our website must happen at our retail store. You can bring in your product or ship it to the store:

If you are returning an item, we'd appreciate a call letting us know it is coming.


If an item needs to shipped back to the store, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the item is received in re-sellable condition we will refund the credit card that was used to purchase the item/items.

Naturally if an item is defective, please contact us for a replacement. If an item is damaged in shipment, please refuse delivery of the package. Once it is received, it is much harder for us to file a claim.


The same rules apply for Fidgets. Fidgets are generally used as children's toys and have the same return policy - the item must be in re-sellable condition. Boxed fidgets or those in a package must be in that same package to be returned. Fidgets with a tag must still have that tag. We realize that some fidgets aren't in a package so as long as they are clean and appear brand new, you can return them.

Don't Bust Your Fidget! Sometimes a stress ball is bought and has a manufacturing defect and is leaking right out the door. If this happens to you or your child, please bring it back immediately for an exchange - no problem - it does happen. HOWEVER, we also know that accidents happen and sometimes a stress ball gets squeezed too hard and breaks. As a courtesy we allow ONE such return per Lounge Lizard Club member. Our goal is to prevent chronic "woops I broke it" syndrome :-). We understand and have children too and want everyone to be happy. If you are not a Lounge Lizard Club member you'll have to pay for that replacement "busted" fidget.
